We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of professionalism, and are ready to demonstrate their skills.
💰 STARTING PAY
🍽️ Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner — $17.25 per hour
🔥 Cook / Kitchen Staff — $21.00 per hour

📍 Location: Zoom — meeting link and interview times will be provided to confirmed participants.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner applicants must:
Understand proper dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures.
Be able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism.
Be able to follow instructions and complete assigned duties.
Cook applicants must:
Have demonstrable cooking and food preparation skills.
Understand food safety, proper food storage, temperature control, and sanitation.
Be able to prep ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain food quality.
Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines.
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professional kitchen conduct.
Have a current resume and professional references on file with AAERS to be considered for cook placement.
Food handler credentials must meet the applicable requirements for the assignment. Applicants without a current card should be prepared to meet the applicable requirements within the legally permitted timeframe.

All applicants must complete the AAERS Ethics Course/Test. Professionalism, accountability, dependability, communication, and workplace conduct are essential to our staffing program.
