It doesn’t matter if your event is for 20 people or 100—we work hard to make every event successful. We ensure all applicants have the skill and knowledge required for their positions through comprehensive online and face-to-face training, as well as relevant certifications. This message is to inform you that due to repeated No Call / No Show violations, you will not be assigned to any further events with All About Events Referral Services (AAERS) for the remainder of this season.
Our clients and our team depend on reliability. Unfortunately, after multiple instances of accepting assignments without follow-through, it has become clear that we cannot rely on you for consistent participation. As stated in our policy, repeated No Call / No Shows result in removal from the roster for the season.
We appreciate the time you’ve spent with AAERS, but moving forward we must prioritize staff who demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and accountability. You may be eligible to reapply for future seasons; however, continued violations will result in permanent removal.👍
