Steps to Obtain Your Guard Card
Complete the phase 1 course
(8 hours: Powers to Arrest + Use of Force).
Obtain Live Scan (Fingerprint Background Check)
Download or pick up the “Request for Live Scan Service – Security Guard” form (with the correct code/ORI so BSIS gets your fingerprints properly).
Fill out all fields and make three copies of the completed form.
