California Power to Arrest and Harassment Prevention Hybrid Certification Course

This 4-hour hybrid certification program provides the mandatory training required by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). It covers the Power to Arrest, Appropriate Use of Force, and Harassment Prevention modules necessary for security guard licensing. Students will navigate legal boundaries, ethics, de-escalation techniques, and professional workplace conduct through a combination of online modules and required in-person skills verification. Completion of this course fulfills the state's initial training requirements for a California Guard Card.
